Uniquely, Edison is the only venture capital firm with a Business Development Manager who is tasked with guiding our service provider relationships. Edison has completed more investments in the Mid-Atlantic region than any other private equity firm. With 50+ active portfolio companies, 160+ cumulative investments, and hundreds of qualified investment candidates, we refer our valued service partners to many new client prospects.

Edison rewards productive referral sources

Our Business Development Manager tracks incoming referrals to identify which firms are the best candidates for new service firm assignments. We ensure that service firms and financing sources which share new opportunities with Edison are given priority status for portfolio company assignments. Although we facilitate the introduction, management's selection is based upon expertise, competitive pricing and personal chemistry.
