Edison Venture Fund held its 20th Annual Meeting at the Four
Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, Pa. The 110 attendees included limited
partners, company executives, Edison Director Network Members and
service providers.
The General Partners reviewed Edison III, IV,
V and VI. New investments, follow-on financings led by Edison, and
strong run of exits were highlighted.
Six exectives presented the progress and outlook for
their portfolio companies.

reviewed the history of this management buyout. Chris highlighted
the turnaround steps to transform their product, market position
and sales channel. In May 2006, Mathosoft was acquired by PTC
for $65 million. |
