Edison delivers informative Quarterly and Annual Reports, print and electronic newsletters- the Illuminator and eLuminator, and makes individual visits to our Limited Partners. Sandi is always available by telephone at 609-896-1900 x 82 for specific questions, answers and updates. Our Annual Meeting is an opportunity to meet personally with our Limited Partners to further interact and build upon our long-term relationships. Our next meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia.
Several select Limited Partners have agreed to serve on our Advisory and Valuation Committees. These committees meet annually to review Edison's internal processes, progress and evaluate portfolio companies' performance and carrying value. We are thrilled to have diligent Limited Partners who are well-prepared. Sandi previously was a General Partner with South Atlantic Venture Fund which focused on the Southeastern United States. Sandi directed Limited Partner relationships and administrative services for 20 years. She joined at the inception of South Atlantic and was a key contributor for the successful fundraising of four venture funds. |
