Operating Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead director for 6-10 Edison portfolio companies.
• Guide operating management to expand rapidly. Mentor entrepreneurs on business strategy, growth model, product planning, sales channels, service configurations, international expansion, etc.
• Assist companies by key employee referrals, equity fundraising, lender referrals and other value-added services.
• Prepare companies to optimize exit potential.
• Assist other partners with evaluating investment candidates.

Location - Lawrenceville, NJ headquarters

Required Experience

• 10 years as information technology executive or investor.
• Director of five growth companies.
• Guided several substantial exit transactions.
• Technical or business degree

Compensation will be a competitive package of base and bonus compensation.
