Responsibilities

• Evaluate companies seeking financing relative to Edison's investment strategy.
• Originate deal flow within Edison's profile.
• Attend entrepreneurial events and expand Edison's referral network.
• Develop industry specialty for Edison to make multiple investments.
• Represent Edison as Director of several portfolio companies.

Location - Lawrenceville, NJ headquarters

Required Experience

• Three years venture capital background.
• Five years business and consulting, preferably in the software industry.
• MBA and technical undergraduate degree.

Compensation will be a competitive package of base and bonus compensation.
